Returns & Exchanges Policy – Finuella

To maintain fairness for all customers and protect the integrity of our collections, we have established the following Returns & Exchanges Policy.

We kindly ask that you read this policy carefully before placing your order.


1. Our Commitment to Quality

Every Finuella piece undergoes quality verification before dispatch.
Colours, fabrics, and measurements are clearly described on each product page to ensure informed purchasing decisions.

We strongly encourage customers to:

  • Carefully review product descriptions

  • Consult the Size Guide before ordering

  • Double-check measurements and sizing preferences

Orders placed without reviewing the Size Guide remain the responsibility of the customer.


2. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • Original tags are attached

  • The item is returned in its original packaging

  • No signs of perfume, deodorant, makeup, or wear are present

Items that do not meet these standards will not be eligible for refund or exchange.

Finuella reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with these conditions.


3. Size Responsibility & Informed Purchasing

To reduce unnecessary returns and promote sustainable fashion practices:

  • Customers are fully responsible for selecting their correct size.

  • Returns due to incorrect size selection are accepted as a courtesy, not an obligation.

  • Return shipping costs for size-related exchanges are the customer's responsibility.

If you are unsure about sizing before ordering, we strongly recommend contacting our support team for guidance prior to purchase.

Orders placed without consulting the Size Guide or contacting support remain the customer's responsibility.


4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at Support@Finuella.com within 14 days of delivery.

  2. Include:

    • Your order number

    • Item(s) you wish to return

    • Clear reason for return

  3. Wait for official return authorization before shipping the item.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

The customer is responsible for:

  • Safe packaging

  • Using a trackable shipping method

  • Providing tracking information

Finuella is not responsible for lost return parcels.


5. Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed within 2–5 business days.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Any customs duties, taxes, or return shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds are only approved if the returned item passes quality inspection.


6. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size (subject to stock availability)

  • Approved cases meeting return standards

If your requested size is unavailable, a store credit may be offered.

Exchange shipping costs may apply.


7. Defective Items or Order Errors

If you receive a defective item or an incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photo evidence

In confirmed cases, Finuella will:

  • Cover return shipping costs

  • Offer a replacement or full refund


8. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and product integrity reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Worn garments

  • Items without tags

  • Items returned after 14 days

  • Final sale or promotional items (if marked as such)


9. Sustainable & Fair Shopping Commitment

At Finuella, we encourage mindful purchasing.
Excessive or repeated returns may result in restricted future orders to protect our operational standards.
